Introduction

Wholesome Story A Day is developed by AnonListen and VitalikPro13. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the app and its services. By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree — don't use the app. These terms are pretty straightforward (we promise).

Eligibility

If you are under 13, please do not use the app. If a parent or guardian discovers that a child under 13 is using the app, please contact us at privacy@anonlisten.com.

What the App Provides

Wholesome Story A Day delivers:

• Daily stories — original, human-written wholesome stories with audio narration
• Story archive — browse and access previously delivered stories
• Saved stories — bookmark your favorites for later
• Wall of Kindness — a community feature where supporters can leave a display name and message alongside their contributions
• Insider's Corner — a subscription-based section with behind-the-scenes blog posts and exclusive content
• Developer Message — a one-time purchase that lets you send a personal message to the developers, with a guaranteed response
• Feedback & story submissions — a free form to share thoughts, ideas, or your own stories
• Push notifications — opt-in reminders for new daily stories

User Content

Wall of Kindness

When you contribute to the Wall of Kindness, you can optionally provide a display name and a message. You can also choose to remain anonymous as "Kind Stranger." All submissions are manually reviewed before appearing publicly.

By submitting content to the Wall of Kindness, you grant AnonListen a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to display your message and display name on the Wall of Kindness within the app.

Feedback and Story Submissions

You can submit feedback, story ideas, or original stories through the in-app form. By submitting a story, you confirm that it is your original work and does not infringe on anyone else's rights. AnonListen may use submitted stories in the app, with credit provided if requested. Submissions are voluntary and non-compensated unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Developer Messages

The Developer Message feature lets you send a personal message to the development team via a one-time purchase. Messages are subject to the same content standards described below.

Content Standards

All user-submitted content must not contain:

• Hate speech, harassment, or threats
• Illegal content
• Spam or advertising
• Sexually explicit material
• Personal information of others without their consent

All Wall of Kindness entries are manually reviewed before they go live. Inappropriate content simply won't be published.

Intellectual Property

Our Stories

• Personal and educational use is welcome — read, share with friends, or use in educational settings
• Commercial use requires explicit written permission from AnonListen — contact privacy@anonlisten.com for inquiries
• Do not claim authorship of stories found in this app

App Branding

The name "Wholesome Story A Day," the AnonListen name, app icon, and associated branding are the property of AnonListen. Do not use these marks without permission.

Audio Content

Audio narrations are original recordings and are protected under the same terms as the written stories. Personal and educational use is welcome; commercial use requires permission.

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

General

All purchases are processed through Google Play (Android) or the Apple App Store (iOS). AnonListen does not handle payment information directly. Purchases are subject to the respective store's terms of service.

Wall of Kindness Tips

Supporter tiers — Seeds ($1+), Sprouts ($5+), Trees ($10+), and Guardians ($25+) — are for display purposes on the Wall of Kindness.

Insider's Corner Subscription

Available as monthly, yearly, or lifetime plans. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the end of the billing period. Manage or cancel your subscription through Google Play or the App Store — not through the app itself. Refund policies are governed by the respective store's terms.

Developer Message

A one-time purchase. You will receive a personal response from the development team. This purchase is nonrefundable once the message is sent.

Acceptable Use

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available." AnonListen makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• Uninterrupted availability of the app or its content
• Audio quality or playback consistency
• Push notification delivery reliability
• Accuracy or completeness of story content

AnonListen is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid through the app in the last 12 months.

Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information. Spoiler: we collect very little.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
